Roof Repairs
Most repair call-outs start with a leak, a slipped tile or a damp patch on a ceiling. We inspect first, explain what we find, then fix it — rather than guessing from the ground.

Roof Replacement & New Roofs
When a roof is past the point where repairs make sense, we'll say so plainly and set out what a full replacement involves — materials, timescale and cost — before any work is booked in.

Roof Inspections
A proper inspection is the foundation of an honest quote. We check the roof itself, the loft space where accessible, and the areas most likely to fail first — then tell you plainly what needs doing and what can wait.

- Loft check for daylight, damp staining or insulation issues where accessible
- Written summary with photos, sent within a few days

Emergency & Storm Damage Repair
Storms in this part of Cheshire tend to take tiles, ridge caps and occasionally whole sections of flashing with them. If your roof has taken damage, the priority is making it watertight — the full repair can be scoped properly once it's safe.

Guttering, Fascias & Soffits
Blocked or sagging gutters are one of the most common causes of damp problems that get blamed on the roof itself. We repair, clear and replace guttering, fascias and soffits as part of a roof job or on their own.

- Full gutter replacement in uPVC or cast-iron-style profiles

Flat Roofing
Flat and low-pitch roofs — extensions, garages, dormers — fail differently to pitched roofs, and need materials suited to standing water and movement rather than a patched-up bitumen felt.
- GRP fibreglass and single-ply EPDM flat roofing
- Suited to extensions, garages, dormers and outbuildings
- Repairs to existing felt, GRP or EPDM flat roofs
- Upgrades from old bitumen felt to a fully bonded system
What we work with
Concrete & Clay Tiles
The standard for most Cheshire homes. Concrete tiles are cost-effective and durable; clay offers a sharper finish and holds its colour longer, often at a higher price point.
Natural Slate
Common on older and period properties in this area. Slate is long-lasting and looks right on the buildings it was originally specified for, but is more particular to fit correctly.
Flat Roofing Membranes
GRP fibreglass and single-ply EPDM for flat and low-pitch roofs — extensions, garages and dormers — where standing water and movement rule out standard felt.
Composite & Shingle Roofing
Lightweight composite tiles and shingle systems, sometimes specified for garden rooms, outbuildings or where roof structure limits the weight a tile roof can carry.
